William (Bill) Oswald

Bill’s real estate experience goes back 30 years. He has been an active investor (Wealth Management), new home builder (Freedom Builders), Short sales specialist (D&B Investments) and a licensed Florida Realtor Associate (Melbourne Beach Properties)

In addition Bill’s business experience is extensive. He was Chairman/President CEO of two major marketing companies, as well as President CEO/Owner of Oswald Ford, the largest Ford Dealership in upstate New York. He also founded and ran two companies, one an airplane leasing company (Tri-Tech Enterprises), the other an outdoor supply company specializing in firearm sales (Outdoor Enterprises). His latest company (Drones up There) holds one of a small number of FAA exemptions for commercial use of an unmanned aircraft (drone) for photography/ video imagery and data collection.

Other interests include: Aviation, Bill holds a FAA Commercial Pilots License with both Multi-Engine and Instrument Ratings; SCUBA diving, He has been a licensed diver with NAUI since 1963 and is also certified as an Advance Open Water diver with PADI and has a nitrox certification ; Law Enforcement, having served as a lieutenant with the Oakland County Michigan Sheriff’s Department Mounted Division; First Aid, having served as Chairman of the upstate New York  American Red Crosses First Aid and Water Safety Committee. Also Bill is a past EMT and EMT Trainer. Served as a board member of the Albany Regional Medical Board; Native American traditions trained as a drum keeper.

Bill has extensive domestic and foreign travel experience both for business and pleasure. He has run offices in Mexico, Canada and Europe.

Training is another area Bill has had extensive experience in. Having conducted class room training in: Marketing, Advertising, Promotion, Emergence Medical Technician, Red Cross basic and advance First Aid, CPR, Water Safety, Negotiation Techniques, Mounted Police Tactics, Reiki Healing.

He is a veteran of 6 years in the Air Force and received a Honorable Discharge as a Staff Sergeant.

A graduate of the University of Illinois, with follow up education in many specialty areas. He has completed the nationally proclaimed Graduate Realtor Institute, GRI, along with 4 other National Realtor courses.

Bill has two grown children and one amazing Granddaughter.
